Morson are pleased to announce that we can now offer welding services from our developed welding division in Kent. This division was purchased in 2008 and our recently attained Link Up approval now allows us to provide welding services to the Home Counties, London and the North. Morson Welding will be supported by our call centre database in Birmingham and our Rail Technical division in Manchester.

Welding Capabilities:

Team mobilisation is available to support the national rail networks and the London City rail infrastructure as required. Morson Welding is fully compliant to Network Rail and LUL. We have certified LUL/TFL track welding teams available with 12 years experience for mid week and weekend works. The teams are fully equipped and compliant to Network Rail track competency standards and working practices.

We can offer the following rail industry categories:

•·         Thermit Welding - all processes TW1, TW2, TW3, TW4

•·         Railtech pla one shot, RT1, RT2, RT3

•·         MMA processes inclusive of: MMA1, 2, 3, 4, 5

•o   Crossing reclamation

•·         G.C.C - 053 & 054 inspection

•·         Rail burning & scrap metal removal
