Morson Projects have developed its Piping systems capability into a major provider of engineering design expertise in the field of Wet Process Engineering. The Piping systems capability has for many years supported the Sellafield site. The team has provided seamless interfaces with the Sellafield site client teams on many varied campaigns ranging from minor plant upgrades to fully detailed piped installations.
Morson Projects also have a wealth of experience in the Sellafield Sites Continuous Operational Safety Reports (COSR) work, life extension reviews and a range of site based activities; such as site surveys, walk-downs and design support during installation and commissioning of plant and pipe-work. The team prides itself in having, on occasion, been called upon by our client to provide emergency rapid response to unscheduled events.

Specialist Support
The Stress Analysis team is a specialist capability that supports the Piping team and has extensive experience in design analysis, assessment and validation of new and existing piping systems. The Stress team are able undertake analytical work for static, thermal, dynamic and fatigue load cases to design codes such as; ASME III, ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3 and BS806 dependent upon the clients requirements, utilising the latest piping software packages such as CAESAR II and PSA5.
