Administrator
We are looking to recruit an Administrator to provide support to a busy team. Applicants must have previous administration experience, ideally with experience of logging faults and some data analysis experience. Applicants must be fully proficient users of MS Office packages particularly Excel. Applicants must be methodical in their approach to work, have an eye for detail and be well organised.
Duties will involve:
Daily use of an asset management tracking system. This system runs reports every day which shows up any errors in the data. These errors need logging and correcting following a process manual.
Problem solving and writing new processes in the process manual for any new errors
Providing weekly reports on how many errors have been released
Data analysis
General admin duties
