Job Description

The Role
To provide the facilities management focus for Gatwick Road.
The candidate will coordinate all facilities tasks associated with the run and closure of the Gatwick Road site.
Responsibilities
Management of subcontractors on a day to day basis to ensure the continued operation of the site
Asset disposal
Decommissioning of non fixed assets & making safe
Transition of services such as security, facilities management, etc
Interface and coordination with various functions for migration execution (i.e. area readiness)
Liaison with contractors providing services related to site operation and specific closure activities
Co-ordination with the Facilities manager on closure activities and budget management
The coordination and movement of equipment in line with migration plan
Management of all logistical activities associated with people migration
Coordination of employee awareness training
Skills Requirements
Proven experience in Facilities Management
Understanding building M&E and legal requirements
Good level of planning, coordination and determination
Ability to communicate clearly and to influence people in a change scenario
Schedule / objective driven

Salary or Rate

£20 - £23 Per Hour Ltd
